Before a single production piece is made, we prototype. Frames, fills, profiles and finishes are built, reviewed in the flesh and refined until the piece is exactly right.
Prototyping resolves comfort, proportion and construction on the bench rather than in the field, so the production run is right the first time and at any scale.
We manufacture from raw timber. Kiln-dried hardwoods are cut, machined and joined in-house to build frames engineered for years of continuous contract use.
Owning the frame from the timber up gives us precise control over strength, weight and geometry, with nothing subcontracted and nothing left to chance.
Our workshop runs 5 CNC machines, including two five-axis centres, cutting complex profiles and repeat components consistently.
Patterns are retained, allowing later versions to match the original exactly, making large hospitality programmes possible without losing the character of a bespoke piece.
Our spray shop handles colour matching, staining, lacquering and specialist finishes, matched to your sample or an existing scheme and held consistent across an entire order.
FSC-certified timber options are available throughout, and keeping finishing under one roof means colour and sheen are controlled from the first prototype to final delivery.
Fabric and leather are cut using our Lectra precision cutting system, delivering accurate, repeatable results across every order.
Digital nesting reduces fabric waste while maintaining consistency across each panel, protecting textiles and ensuring colour, grain and pattern consistency.
All upholstery is carried out by our own team on site. As such any adjustment to comfort, fill or profile is made immediately rather than negotiated across a supply chain.
Furthermore, contract-grade foams and fabrics are specified to meet the fire and durability standards commercial settings demand.
